Using vertical grinding operations, we can machine components up to 67" in diameter, 46.5" in height, and 12,000 lbs in weight.

Made from steel forgings, these components are ground to tight tolerances of 0.0001" per inch. We deliver components all over the United States. Fineblanking pistons and cylinders can be chrome plated on their OD as well as ID surfaces. The parts are available with surface finish of about 32 Ra to 16 Ra.
